Canadian ‘Beta College’ Signs MoU with ‘Aryans Group’ Chandigarh

Canadian Beta College of Business & Technology, Toronto, Canada has joined hands with Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges (AGC).

 A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr. Richa Jaiswal, Director, Beta College  and Mrs. Manpreet Mann, Dean, Aryans Group of Colleges at Aryans Campus.  This MoU is an important development for Aryans Engineering & Management programmes.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that Beta College is one of the renowned colleges of Toronto, Canada and this collaboration will help Aryans students to get International educational exposure. He added that this type of collaborations help to organize student exchange programmes that are beneficial to both the students as well as colleges.

Dr. Richa, Director, Beta College while speaking on the occasion said that the Canadian Universities and Colleges keep on updating their course curriculum on a regular basis according to the needs of the industry. She further added that this MoU would help the students of Aryans to update themselves with the rapid growth in the technology.

Pertinent to mention here Beta College is one of the leading Private Career College in the Greater Toronto region & aims to ensure quality, a positive and inclusive place to study. It is a pioneering career college and leading provider of vocational and non-vocational courses for students. Aryans Law students participate in National Moot Court Competition at Indore

With the aim to increase the ability of the law students to develop legal argumentation skills in the field of practical work, a two days National Moot Court Competition was Organised at Government New Law  College (GNLC), Indore. The 14 teams from various law colleges  across the country participated.

The BA-LLB students  from Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh  including Adil Goyal, Delisha Goyal Adarsh Jha participated in the competition. The inaugural ceremony was graced by Smt. Sumitra Mahajan (Former Lok Sabha Speaker), Sh. Pushyamitra Bhargav (Additional Advocate General, M.P Govt.), Dr. Sachin Sharma,  Dr. Nisha Dubey, Dr. Suresh Silawat followed by distribution of Memorials for the Pre-Liminary & knock out rounds.

Various rounds were Judged by MR. Justice Ved Prakash Sharma (Former Justice, High Court, MP; MR. Justice Syed Ali Naqvi (Former Justice, High Court, M.P); Sh. Gulab Sharma (Retd. District and Session Judge, Indore); Sh. Lal Singh Bhatti (Retd. District and Session Judge, Indore); Dr. Inamur Rahman, Advocate (Principal, GNLC, Indore).

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges said that a career in law often provides situations in which professionals are required to use their wits and research to come up with a solution to navigate through the complexities of the legal challenges they face. A moot court competition sets the groundwork for that process from the beginning. Therefore, the law students are entitled to this experience, asserted Kataria.

He also said that the endeavor of GNLC, Indore to organize a national-level competition is so appreciable where law students interacted with judges and academicians from across the country and gained a unique experience of learning how courtroom proceedings do play out in real life.

Renowned Ex-Faculty, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur joins as a principal at Aryans Institute of Nursing

Renowned Ex faculty, Homi  Bhabha Cancer Hospital, Sangrur, Mrs. Nidhi Chopra recently joined as Principal at Aryans Institute of Nursing, Rajpura, near Chandigarh.

Nidhi Chopra has earned name in teaching during her experience of last more than 15 years. Chopra said, “I am happy and excited to work in Aryans Institute of Nursing wherein, the students possess an innovative approach as the healthcare industry is transforming day by day and need polishing their skills to emerge as better nursing professionals.  

She added that  Nursing students does not strive for preparing from academic excellence but simultaneously ensure their overall personality development by conducting programs such as talent hunt, cultural activities, world day celebration and motivation in the participation of sports competition throughout the year.

Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group while welcoming her said that Nurses are the most trusted healthcare professionals as they are with patients throughout the continuum of life. Nursing occupies the largest bulk of the health care force but the biggest challenge posed by this profession is staff shortage.

It is to be mentioned that Aryans Institute of Nursing is  running B.Sc. Nursing, GNM & ANM approved from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot; Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi;  Punjab Government & Punjab Nurses Registration Council (PNRC), Mohali respectively.

ADC, Fazilka honours best teachers in Aryans Group of Colleges, function

Teachers can play a significant role in motivating the students for higher education & I am feeling honoured in honouring the Science Teachers of this region in Aryans Function”, said Sh. Himanshu Agarwal, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Fazilka.

In a “Teachers Felicitation Ceremony” organised at Fazilka by Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh, ADC, Fazilka was the Chief Guest while Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over this felicitation ceremony.

Agarwal congratulated all teachers & mentioned that teachers not only built an individual but they contribute to building a society. He further appreciated the effort of entire Aryans  management & Dr. Anshu Kataria in organising the teachers felicitation ceremony.

Dr. Anshu Kataria said that Educators are going beyond their call of duty to teach students across the country even during the toughest of times. What they are doing is commendable and that is why Aryans Group of Colleges wanted to felicitate them for their remarkable contribution to the society to aware students towards higher technical & Medical Education ,” said Kataria. He said that Aryans is putting up the best effort in raising the awareness regarding PMS in Punjab.

To promote young artists of the valley, Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh organised an event “Stars of Kashmir” in Srinagar on theme awarding the deserving.

The event was graced by Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS,Secretary, Tribal Affairs Dept., JK as Chief Guest while Mehmood Ahmad Shah, Director Industries and Commerce Kashmir; M. Shafeeq Chek, Director Social welfare Department Kashmir & Mohd. Haroun Malik, Special Secretary, Tribal Affairs Dept. JK as Guest of Honour. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the event.

The artist from various categories including Male & female singer, Dancers, Youtubers, Influencers, Stand ups, Social Activist,   Music Bands etc were honoured in this event.

In his address while congratulating various artists Dr. Shahid Iqbal Chowdhury, Secretary, Tribal affairs Dept. said that I have visited Aryans Campus recently & it was proud to see the achievements Aryans JK students in academics, innovations, sports, placements etc. They are making the UT proud by the dint of their aptitude and innovative minds.  He appreciated the efforts of  Aryans Team & Dr. Anshu Kataria for organizing the event.

Mohd. Haroun Malik, Special Secretary, Tribal Affairs Dept., JK mentioned that recently I got the chance to interact with Aryans JK students during 11th Convocation of Aryans Group of Colleges in Chandigarh. Our JK students are not only bringing top ranks but have lot of potential & they are really doing wonders at Aryans & bringing laurels to entire valley, added Malik.

Dr. Anshu Kataria while addressing said that Aryans is the first choice of Jk students outside Kashmir to pursue higher education. We have majority of students from J&K which are not only academically strong but they are making the valley proud by doing Innovations too. He added that various Kashmiri Artists have been performing at Aryans Campus, Chandigarh since last many years & have enthralled the students of JK, Punjab, Himachal, Haryana, UP, North East, Bihar etc. Soon Aryans is coming up with Stars of Kashmir Season 2, addded Kataria
