Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh celebrated Bihar Diwas with great enthusiasm. The event featured cultural programs, traditional Bihari cuisine, and a fashion show showcasing traditional attire by Aryans students including Engineering, Law, Nursing, Management, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Physiotherapy etc.
Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group emphasized on importance of preserving Bihar’s cultural heritage. He mentioned that in past many dignitaries from Bihar including Sh. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar, Governor Bihar, Sh. Anand Kumar, Super 30 fame have blessed Aryans Students. He added that the celebration promoted unity and pride among students and faculty members.
Every year on March 22, Bihar Day celebrates the state of Bihar’s formation. The first Bihar Diwas event was organized in 2010 to commemorate the 111th anniversary of the state.
