Many Students can not achieve higher education despite their will, due to shortage of money. To help such students, the Government of Bihar has introduced a New Scholarship Scheme named as MNSSBY “Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme
The Scholarship Scheme MNSSBY was launched on October 2, 2016. The benefits of the Scheme MNSSBy Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme (BSCCS) can be given to the students who have passed the 12th examination. Under the BSCCS Scheme, the students can get loans for their further studies from the bank.
How much loan will MNSSBY Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme can provide?
Under the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme, the students can avail loan up to Rs. 4 Lakhs from the bank.

The students can apply MNSSBY Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme using App or Portal. All they need to do is just visit website https://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
What are the documents required for MNSSBY Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme?
There are many documents required for taking advantage of MNSSBY Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.
– 10th and 12th Marksheets and Certificates
– Aadhaar Card of applicant and co-applicant
– PAN of applicant and co- applicant.
– 2-2 photographs of student, parents and guarantor
– Residence proof
– Family income certificate and Form 16
Online Application – MNSSBY Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme
– First of all you have to go to website https://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in
– Then click on “New Application Registration” option.
– After that, an online registration form will appear on the screen. Fill the form carefully and verify the registration though OTP.
– The user ID and password will be provided via email and SMS
– With this user ID and password you have to fill the personal information and click on the next button.
– After this, click on the “Bihar Student Credit Card” and then click on “APPLY”
– Then another application form will appear on your screen
– Carefully fill the application with your complete details such as
◕ Income/ Financial Information
◕ Details of security offered
◕ Current Loan Details
◕ Preferred payment terms.
– After that, click on the “Submit” Button
– Download the PDF and Take the printout.
– Then a dedicated DRCC’s manager is appointed for your application. For this, an email and SMS related to date of the visit of the DRCC will be received on your registered email ID
– After this visit the DRCC on the allotted date with the self attested copy of documents and application form
– The Bank authorities will confirm the approval of education loan to DRCC (District Registration and Counselling Center) and upload the acceptance letter within 15 Days and a SMS is also sent to the applicant by Bank.
– After loan approval, student need to visit the DRCC to collect card and loan acceptance letter.
– After this process, the student need to visit the bank to complete the documentary formalities.
– The application will get the distribution of the loan by the bank and the bank officials will notify the DRCC
