Aryans Engineering Students attend “Taiwan Machinery Show”

The Engineering students of Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh today attended “Taiwan Machinery Show 2014” held at PHD Chamber, Chandigarh. Hundreds of students from Mechanical Department of Aryans interacted with various Taiwan Machinery Specialists who were present on the occasion under the leadership of Mr. John Chen, Director, Taiwan Association; Ms. Julie L. Chuaungo, Trade Promotion officer and many other members of Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry (TAMI).
An array of 200 Taiwanese machinery catalogues on Machine Tools, Food Processing Machines, Packaging Machines, Plastic Machines, Textile Machines, Shoes and Leather Machines, Wooden Machines, Machinery Parts, Mould and Dies, Sewing Machines, Valves and Parts, and other machineries were displayed on the occasion.
Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that the visit proved to be very informative and are helpful in providing exposure to students. Also it was beneficial for the Mechanical students as they got chance to interact with Machinery Specialists from Taiwan.
Mr. John Chen, Director, Taiwan, Association said that it’s worth appreciation that the students participated in the event could also understand the various typical machines displayed in the event without any theoretical explanation. He added that today students are more exposed to the practical knowledge rather than the theoretical part.
