Go to the official portal:
https://wbscc.wb.gov.in - Click on ‘Student Registration’
On the homepage, locate and click on the ‘Student Registration’ tab. - Fill in the Registration Form
Provide the required details such as:
Name
Date of Birth
Contact Information
Educational Details
Aadhaar Number, etc.
- Generate Unique ID
Once the form is submitted successfully, a Unique ID will be generated. - Receive Confirmation
This Unique ID will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS for future reference.

Access the Dashboard
After logging in, your Applicant Dashboard will be displayed.Click on ‘Application Detail’
Then, click on Edit Loan Application to start filling out the full form.
Fill the Application Form
Fill in the following details carefully:

Co-Borrower Details (Parent/Guardian)
Present & Permanent Address
Course and Income Details
Bank Details of the Student
Click Save and Continue.
Upload Required Documents
Make sure you have clear, scanned copies of the following documents:
Recent passport-size photograph of the student
Recent photograph of co-applicant (Parent/Guardian)
Signature of the student as per specification
Signature of the co-borrower/legal guardian
Address proof of co-borrower
Aadhar Card of the student
PAN Card of the student or an undertaking
PAN Card of the co-borrower or an undertaking
Admission receipt from the educational institution
Class 10th Board Registration Certificate
Click Save and Continue.
Submit the Application
A new page will appear – review all your details.
Click on Submit Application.
A confirmation dialog box will appear.
Click Yes to confirm.
