AICTE- PG Scholarship
The AICTE PG Scholarship Scheme provides financial support of ₹12,400/- per month to GATE/GPAT-qualified students pursuing full-time postgraduate programs such as:
- M.E. / M.Tech
- M.Arch
- M.Pharm
in AICTE-approved institutions or university departments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be admitted with a valid GATE/GPAT score at the time of admission.
- Should be enrolled in a full-time AICTE-approved PG program.
- Must not be receiving any other scholarship, salary, stipend, or financial assistance.
- Foreign students, sponsored candidates, and management quota admissions are not eligible.
- Students re-admitted using a new GATE/GPAT score who have already availed the scholarship once are not eligible.

Work Responsibility
Scholarship recipients are required to engage in 8–10 hours/week of academic work, which may include:
Tutorials or lab assistance
Supporting faculty in R&D activities
Library assistance
Maintenance of labs or central facilities
Scholarship Duration
Valid for 24 months or duration of the course, whichever is shorter.
Not extendable under any circumstances.
Leave Policy
Casual Leave: 15 days per academic year
Medical Leave: Up to 30 days per academic year
Maternity Leave: As per Government of India norms
Important Conditions
Must maintain satisfactory academic performance and follow institute rules.
Scholarship will be discontinued for misconduct, including ragging or behavioral issues.
Students must not leave the course midway. If they do, full scholarship amount must be refunded.
No additional grant (books, contingencies, salary to institutions, etc.) is provided.
No claims will be accepted after 1 year from program completion.
All AICTE decisions are final and binding on institutions and students
Payment Method
Scholarship is released monthly.
