
Chief Justice Ansari (Retd.) addresses Aryans Law Students on Human Rights Day
To celebrate Human Rights Day,Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organized a webinar on “Equality, Reducing Inequalities, Advancing Human Rights”. Justice Iqbal Ahmed Ansari, Former Chief justice Patna High Court, Chairperson, Punjab State Human Rights Commission was the keynote speaker. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the Webinar.
Justice Ansari while interacting with students explained all 30 articles of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) chartered on this day in 1948. He also explained History and protection of Human Rights under International Human Rights Law. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a milestone document that proclaimed the rights which everyone is entitled to as a human being, regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, language, political opinion, national origin, property, birth or other status. The Declaration sets out universal values and is available in 500 languages, he added.
He further said that this global crisis has been fuelled by deepening of poverty, rising inequalities, structural & entrenched discrimination & other gaps in human rights protection. Only measures to close these gaps and advance human rights can ensure we fully recover to a world that is better and more resilient, just and sustainable.
It is to mention that International Human Rights Day is observed on December 10 annually. The main aim behind celebrating this day is to improve the physical, social, cultural and spiritual well being and welfare of the vulnerable group of people globally. On this Occasion a poster presentation competition was also organised & students participated enthusiastically.

Renowned Punjabi Singer Ninja along with Randhawa, Aujla, Bhullar, Grewal enthralls Students on Aryans Founder’s Birthday
Renowned Punjabi Singer & Actor Ninja enthralled Aryans students on Aryans Founder’s Birthday at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Aryans also celebrated 73rd birthday of its Founder Prof. Roshan Lal Kataria. On the occasion hundreds of Nursing & Pharma students were present.
The event commenced from Lamp Lighting by Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. The cake cutting ceremony was also organized on the occasion. The stars were honored with mementos.
Ninja, Karan Randhawa, Jay Randhawa, Satbir Aujla, Prince Bhullar, Vada Grewal performed on their famous tracks including “Aadat”, “Roi Na”, “Oh kyu ni jaan sake”, “Dil”, “Oh Jatt”, “Honsla”, Nagni”, “Chunni”, “Tom & Jerry”, “Splendor”, “Jhanjhra” etc.
Above mentioned stars were in Aryans for promotion of their upcoming Punjabi Movie “Kaka Pardhan”. The movie has been directed by Rubal Chinna & produced by KV Dhillon. Kaka Pardhan revolves around two characters that came to the city side to become Gangsters and how they actually ruled over the Gangsters of that city.

Aryans Chandigarh students Shines in Shikara Race at Dal Lake, Srinagar
To promote tourism in Jammu & Kashmir, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura Near Chandigarh organized Shikara Race in world famous Dal Lake, Srinagar today. Hundreds of shikara participated in this race.
The event was addressed virtually by Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth, Mission Director, Skill Development Mission, Jammu & Kashmir as Chief Guest & Mr. Mohammad Aijaz Asad, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar as Guest of Honour. Dr. AnshuKataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh presided over the event. The race commenced after the flag off by DC, Srinagar & the winners including Mohd. Yaqoob Bhat, 1st; Mohd. Altaf Sheikh, 2nd & Abdul Razak Sheikh, 3rd position were rewarded during felicitation ceremony.
Dr. Choudhary while addressing said that Kashmiri students have great potential in every sphere to lead the country. I have interacted with Aryans students in Empowering JK : Empowering Youth & it give me immense pleasure that again I am motivating them. The tribal affairs department & Skill development mission, J & K will always support Aryans JK students whenever they will be taking initiative for the betterment of country, he added.
Choudhary further added that it is proud moment for all that Kashmiri students are multi talented. I am proud to be the part of Aryans event in past in which various innovations including “Shikara App”, “Solar Boat”, “Ramadhan App, “Android App, “eMunshi App” “Safety Helmet”, “Save Kashmir” & “Life Saving Glove” for the Valley were applauded by Dr. MP Poonia, Vice Chairman, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, he mentioned.
Dr. Kataria said that Aryans is the only campus where majority of students from Kashmir are studying. Our Kashmiri students are academically strong as well they are doing good in innovations, placements, sports, cultural activities etc. I must congratulate my all Kashmiri students for their initiative in this Shikara Race, added Kataria

To promote tourism in Jammu & Kashmir, Aryans group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh is organizing Shikara Race in world famous Dal Lake, at Nehru Park, Srinagar on 4th Dec. This event is an initiative of Aryans JK students in a move to attract tourists.
The event would be graced by Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth, Mission Director, Skill Development Mission, Jammu & Kashmir as a Chief Guest & Mr. Mohammad Aijaz Asad, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar as Guest of Honour. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group would preside over the event.
JK representative of Aryans & Faculty, Aryans College of Engineering, Er. Mudasir Sheikh Ahmad said that Aryans Group organizes various events every year in J&K. A workshop on Content Writing Skills held at Aryans
To encourage students for high quality content writing, a virtual workshop on “Content Writing Skills”was organised at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Ms Shailja Kaushal, District Information & Public Relationship Officer, Department of Public Relation & Languages, Govt. of Haryana addressed Aryans students of Law, Engineering, Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Ed, Agriculture. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group presided over the Session.
While interacting Shailja said that Content writing is the process of planning, writing and editing web content, typically for digital marketing purposes. It can include writing blog posts and articles, scripts for videos and podcasts, as well as content for specific platforms, she told.
She further described the roles of content in Video scripts, Email, newsletters, Keynote speeches, Social media posts, Podcast titles, White papers, Web page copy, Landing pages, YouTube video descriptions. The content writer can be a Blog Writer, Brand Journalist, Copywriter, Ghostwriter, Technical Writer & Scriptwriter.
She stressed that this profession requires a specific set of skills including Excellent grammar and style, Ability to write quickly and meet deadlines, Knowledge of various tones and structures, Creativity, Communication, Knowledge of keyword research etc.

Justice (Retd.) Mahavir Singh Chauhan addressed Aryans Law students
To mark importance of National Constitution day , to cultivate deeper understanding of legal profession & to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India, Aryans College of Law, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organized several activities through virtual mode. Aryans students of Law, Engineering, Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, B.Ed, Agriculture etc participated. Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group praised all the students for participating in the competitions whole heartedly and motivated them to partake more in future days.
On this occasion, Justice Mahavir Singh Chauhan, Former Justice, Punjab & Haryana High Court & Former Judicial Member, Armed Force Tribunal, Regional Bench, Chandigarh, interacted with students & faculty members of Aryans College of law. He said National Constitution Day also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’ & significance lies in the fact that on this day in year 1949, the drafting of the Constitution by the Constituent Assembly which started functioning on 09 December 1946 under the Chairmanship of Dr BR Ambedkar was completed after a span of 2 years, 11 months and 17 days, he added.
While addressing he said that The Constitution of India is the longest written constitution of any sovereign country in the world. The day aims to create awareness of Fundamental Duties as enshrined in the Constitution. Every citizen in India today knows for sure that the Constitution is supreme and the Fundamental Rights guaranteed under it indeed are sacrosanct. The students should realize that it was equally important to perform the eleven fundamental duties as enshrined in the constitution while taking pride in cherishing the fundamental rights.
A virtual Speech competition was organized on this occasion Aadil, Renuka Dhami, Lovish, Harneet, Delisha, Aniket Thakur, David, Simarjot, Amandeep, Gaganpreet kaur from Law & other department spoke on various topics.
